As the first UX employee, I built and managed a UX organization in under two years that included UX Strategy & Research, Interaction Design, and Content Strategy.

Managing 7 direct reports and 14 local chapter leads to provide an engaging network for Sony employees who are passionate about accessibility.

PlayStation - Access Controller
This fully customizable controller was designed for and with gamers with disabilities who had difficulty holding the DualSense Controller. Over the course of the 5 year development of this product, I played several key roles including UX Designer, UX Researcher, and Accessibility Consultant.

PlayStation - Multiple Agentic AI
To help UX and product designer at Playstation discover the potential problems their design concepts might have for people with disabilities, I built multiple AI agents to provide feedback on how the concepts might be difficult for gamers with disabilities. To do this I used multiple AI tools:

PlayStation - Swiss Knife
An internal tool for engineers to quickly test their applications’ performance. As the first UX Designer ever assigned to support our engineering group’s internal tools, I not only designed a usable UI for engineers to complete their goals, but also evangelized and setup processes for the team to see the value of UX including pattern libraries, rapid user testing, and interactive prototyping. The success of the project resulted in the engineering group creating 8 new teams modeled on our setup and design processes.
